The Big Hurt is the premier mutli-sport race on the Olympic Peninsula in Washington state.
- LEG 1: MOUNTAIN BIKE, 16 MI
- LEG 2: KAYAK, 3 MI
- LEG 3: ROAD BIKE, 30 MI
- LEG 4: RUN, 10K

BiG Hurt donates funds to the Peninsula Trails Coalition for the construction and maintenance of the Olympic Discovery Trail and the Olympic Adventure Trail.
