Robert spent his career with the US Dept of Energy analyzing energy, environmental and sustainability issues. He is an internationally known expert in renewable fuels, advanced propulsion systems, electric-drive vehicles, and efficiency-enhancing and carbon-reduction technologies.

The program will present methodologies for the adventure traveler to calculate and evaluate the impact of their household and travel carbon footprint. These methodologies will be employed to evaluate the programs that follow in the travel series.
