Rick Tollefsen Memorial Trail is Under Construction
Another important “side trail” is under construction in Jefferson County: The Rick Tollefsen Memorial Trail, linking H. J. Carroll County Park to the baseball fields in Port Hadlock. It’s namesake was one the original founders of the PTC. The RTT may some day be incorporated into a trail feeding into Anderson Lake Park and the ODT.
